** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** Newcastle City Council (''the Lead Authority'') is acting as the Lead Authority on behalf of the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) and its Member Authorities, in respect of the procurement of this Flexible Procurement Agreement (Contract) for Provision of Independent Foster Care Services. This collaborative arrangement will be open to all twelve (12) NEPO Member Authorities over the life of the Contract, but will predominately be used by the twelve (12) Participating Authorities listed below: 1) Darlington Borough Council, Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington, County Durham, DL1 5QT; 2) The County Council of Durham, County Hall, Durham, DH1 5UL; 3) The Borough Council of Gateshead, Civic Centre, Regent Street, Gateshead, NE8 1HH; 4) Hartlepool Borough Council, Victoria Road, Hartlepool, TS24 8AY; 5) Middlesbrough Borough Council, Town Hall, Corporation Road, Middlesbrough, TS1 9FX; 6) The Council of the City of Newcastle upon Tyne, Civic Centre, Barras Bridge, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8QH; 7) Northumberland County Council, County Hall, A197, Morpeth, Northumberland, NE61 2EF 8) The Council of the Borough of North Tyneside, Quadrant, Cobalt Business Park, North Tyneside, NE27 0BY; 9) Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council, Redcar and Cleveland House, Kirkleathham Street, Redcar, Yorkshire, TS10 1RT; 10) The Council of the Borough of South Tyneside, Town Hall and Civic Offices, Westoe Road, South Shields, Tyne and Wear, NE33 2RL; 11) Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council, Municipal Buildings, Church Road, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 1LD; 12) Together for Children Sunderland Limited, Civic Centre, Sunderland, Burdon Road, Sunderland, SR2 7DN; Local Authorities who have 'opted out' for any Lot at this initial period of the solution may 'opt-in' to use the solution during its term. NEPO intends to make the resulting agreement available for use by all Contracting Authorities throughout all administrative regions of the UK (as defined by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015) including but not limited to Government Departments and their Agencies, Non-Departmental Public Bodies, Central Government, NHS Bodies, Local Authorities, Emergency Services, Coastguard Emergency Services, Educational Establishments, Registered Social Landlords and Registered Charities who have a need to purchase the above services.
