A service to provide tools and interventions to local authorities and systems to ensure that improve care outcomes in those areas and share best practice between local authorities and systems

Total Quantity or Scope

This programme outlined in this contract will support Local Authorities and Local Systems to meet their legislative duties under:• Care Act 2014• Mental Capacity Act 2005• Sexual Offences Act 2002• Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006• Equality Act 2010• Health and Safety and Data Protection legislationand implement reform across a range of priority areas:• Market Sustainability & Commissioning• Assessment & Personalisation• Workforce• Safeguarding and protection• Finance & resources• Social justice and social work practice• People with Learning Disabilities & Autism (BTRS)• Information & Advice• Public Health• Unpaid Carers• Digital TransformationThis support will be delivered via a range of different improvement activity including:Universal Self-Service Support• Events, webinars, pre-recorded materials, Top Tips and learning exchange Self-assessment tool kits and workbooks• Standard data tools, informed by experts, to assess performance and variationPeer Support• Facilitating and supporting subject networks and action learning• Expert peer reviews and challenges on a 1-2-1 basisDirect Support• Tailored methodologies with intensive expert support to address specific issues• Action planning sessions to scope further (external to PCH) consultancy support to ensure it meets the council’s needs, provides VfM and impact is followed-upThis was procured through Direct Award Regulation 32 Competition absent for technical reasons
