Legal Justification
Due to the Covid pandemic and the consequential ongoing change in working practice to working remotely meant that the future need for printer devices has reduced. Due to building closures, and the reduction of number of staff needing to print/copy due to remote working, means that the same number of devices are no longer required. The modification of the contract meant that an additional 5% of the fleet could be returned without incurring any penalty costs, and a discount of 20% provided for future rental costs
