BCP Council requires a supplier to provide a full public address system for major events including Bournemouth Air Festival; to include the necessary horn speakers, amplifiers, cabling and commentary unit, along with having an on-site presence and out of hours call out, to react to power issues during the event The Bournemouth Air Festival is a 4-day event taking place annually over a weekend in August / September. The dates for 2023 will be Thursday 31st August – Sunday 3rd September.

The Bournemouth Air Festival is a 4-day event taking place annually over a weekend in August / September. The dates for 2023 will be Thursday 31st August – Sunday 3rd September. The contract will be for one year with the option to extend annually for a further four years (1+1+1+1+1). Therefore, if all extensions were taken the full length of the contract would be for five years. The anticipated start date of the contract is August 2023.
