Description

Dumfries and Galloway Council are seeking suppliers for the provision of raw and cooked frozen meat and poultry products. Goods will be delivered to a Central Distribution Store in Dumfries for schools and nurseries throughout the region.

Lot Division

1 Frozen Raw Meat

This contract is for the supply and delivery of frozen raw meat and poultry products for schools and nurseries though out the region. Products will be delivered to the Councils Central Distribution Store at Cargenbridge, Dumfries. The successful suppler is required to have the capacity to supply the products and said products must fully comply with all Food Safety and Food Standards legislation.

2 Frozen Cooked Meat

This contract is for the supply and delivery of frozen cooked meat and poultry products for schools and nurseries though out the region. Products will be delivered to the Councils Central Distribution Store at Cargenbridge, Dumfries. The successful suppler is required to have the capacity to supply the products and said products must fully comply with all Food Safety and Food Standards legislation.

Renewal Options

The contract will operate for an initial three year period with an option to extend for a further 12-month period.
