This lot provides access to consultancies capable of offering full management of retrofit and decarbonisation works for an organisation. This lot is dedicated to all roles covering the PAS 2035 standard, which is primarily focused on retrofitting of domestic properties. The minimum criteria currently proposed for this lot is that bidders must have accreditation for both the Retrofit Coordinator and Retrofit Assessor roles.
