Description

Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service are seeking a Provider to deliver the implementation and ongoing provision of a Duty Management System. The single system will be required to cover Wholetime Firefighters, On Call Firefighters, Control Room and Fire Staff. The contract term shall be 3 years +1+1 The authority are seeking the implementation and ongoing supply of a duty management system. System go live must be by 28 February 2024

Renewal Options

There are two(2) 12 month extensions included in the overall value of the tender. Therefore the value covers 3+1+1 term
