We are excited to announce the upcoming tender opportunity for Hard Facilities Management Services, which will be released on 31st October 2023. Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a qualified and experienced service provider/s to manage and maintain all hard facilities, ensuring the utmost efficiency, safety, and sustainability. Scope of Services: The tender will cover a comprehensive range of hard facilities management services, including but not limited to: Mechanical and Electrical Systems Maintenance: Ensure the reliable operation of all mechanical and electrical systems. Building Fabric and Structure Maintenance: Maintain the structural integrity of our facilities. Plumbing and Water Management: Manage plumbing systems and water efficiency. HVAC Systems: Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system maintenance. Fire Safety and Security: Implement and maintain fire safety and security systems. Energy Management: Decarbonisation and retrofit works

1 | Hard FM (Combined) Comprehensive Hard Facilities Management (Hard FM) services for both corporate and domestic properties. Hard FM providers are required to cover a wide range of facilities management requirements, tailored to meet the diverse needs of SMBC's corporate and domestic properties: Corporate Properties: Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance: Reliable upkeep of electrical and mechanical systems to support SMBC business operations. … HVAC Systems: Maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for a comfortable workplace. Energy Management: Decarbonisation and retrofit works. Fire Safety Systems: Comprehensive fire safety management to protect your corporate assets. Domestic Properties: Including but not limited to Home Maintenance: Ensure the safety and comfort of residents with your home maintenance services.
