Description

The University is looking for a Student accommodation provider. This has been divided into two lots. Lot 1- Undergraduate Students rooms required from September 2025 and Lot 2- Postgraduate Students rooms from September 2024. This tender will be awarded for 10 years with an option to extend for 5 + 5 years subject to review of services.

Lot Division

1 Undergraduate rooms
  • Duration: 10 year
  • Value: £12M

Provision of 100 undergraduate rooms for 39/40 weeks per annum to commence in September 2025.
2 Postgraduate Rooms
  • Duration: 10 year
  • Value: £8M

Provision of 50 Postgraduate rooms for a period of 50/51 weeks per annum to commence from the September 2024
