This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is in relation to the renewal framework for Demolition and Deconstruction Works. It is anticipated that the scope of works and services covered under the framework will include, but not be limited to demolition and deconstruction of domestic and commercial buildings and emergency demolition.

Please note the information in this Lot is subject to change This stage is the opportunity for interested parties to consult with Scotland Excel in relation to the upcoming framework. Scotland Excel endeavours to implement the most effective framework for both purchasers and suppliers and therefore invites suppliers to provide input in relation to the potential scope and structure of the renewal framework. All interested parties are encouraged to complete the market consultation survey and to provide as much relevant detail as possible as this is the core opportunity to feed into framework development.
