Colchester Borough Homes on behalf of Colchester City Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to undertake property adaptations. The types of work required, generally (but not limited too) consist of the following: •Conversion of bathrooms to wet rooms •Installation of ramps •Dropped kerbs •Overbath showers •Installation of grab rails •Door widening Further details of the requirements can be found in the accompanying documents
