Description
The Association of North East Councils Trading as the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) is seeking to establish a multi-supplier, multi-lot Framework Agreement for the provision of Workwear and PPE for use by contracting authorities throughout the United Kingdom.
Lot Division
| 1 | Workwear- North East Region (North) NEPO are using an Open procedure for the procurement of this Framework Agreement for Workwear and PPE. Lot 1 of the Framework Agreement will be awarded to a maximum of five suppliers per lot able to provide the provision of Workwear in the North of the North East Region. Tenderers will be evaluated in accordance with the award criteria contained within the invitation to tender documents. |
| 2 | Workwear - North East Region (South) NEPO are using an Open procedure for the procurement of this Framework Agreement for Workwear and PPE. Lot 2 of the Framework Agreement will be awarded to a maximum of five suppliers per lot, who are able to provide the provision of Workwear in the South of the North East Region. Tenderers will be evaluated in accordance with the award criteria contained within the invitation to tender documents. |
| 3 | Workwear - National NEPO are using an Open procedure for the procurement of this Framework Agreement for Workwear and PPE. Lot 3 of the Framework Agreement will be awarded to a maximum of five suppliers per lot, who are able to provide the provision of Workwear Nationally. Lot 4 of the Framework Agreement will be awarded to a maximum of five suppliers per lot, who are able to provide the provision of PPE including Safety Footwear within the North of the North East Region. Tenderers will be evaluated in accordance with the award criteria contained within the invitation to tender documents. |

Lot 5 of the Framework Agreement will be awarded to a maximum of five suppliers per lot, who are able to provide the provision of PPE including Safety Footwear within the South of the North East Region. Tenderers will be evaluated in accordance with the award criteria contained within the invitation to tender documents. |

Lot 7 of the Framework Agreement will be awarded to a maximum of five suppliers per lot, who are able to provide the provision of Workwear within the North of the North East Region. Tenderers will be evaluated in accordance with the award criteria contained within the invitation to tender documents. |
| 8 | Uniform Clothing - North East Region - (South) NEPO are using an Open procedure for the procurement of this Framework Agreement for Workwear and PPE. Lot 8 of the Framework Agreement will be awarded to a maximum of five suppliers per lot, who are able to provide the provision of Workwear within the South of the North East Region. Tenderers will be evaluated in accordance with the award criteria contained within the invitation to tender documents. |

Lot 10 of the Framework Agreement will be awarded to a maximum of five suppliers per lot, who are able to provide the provision of Specialist & Armoured Uniform within the North of the North East Region. Tenderers will be evaluated in accordance with the award criteria contained within the invitation to tender documents. |
| 11 | Specialist & Armoured Uniform - North East Region - (South) NEPO are using an Open procedure for the procurement of this Framework Agreement for Workwear and PPE. Lot 11 of the Framework Agreement will be awarded to a maximum of five suppliers per lot, who are able to provide the provision of Specialist & Armoured Uniform Clothing within the South of the North East Region. Tenderers will be evaluated in accordance with the award criteria contained within the invitation to tender documents. |
| 12 | Specialist & Armoured Uniform - National NEPO are using an Open procedure for the procurement of this Framework Agreement for Workwear and PPE. Lot 12 of the Framework Agreement will be awarded to a maximum of five suppliers per lot, who are able to provide the provision of Specialist & Armoured Uniform Nationally. Tenderers will be evaluated in accordance with the award criteria contained within the invitation to tender documents. |
| 13 | Crisis Prevention Lot NEPO are using an Open procedure for the procurement of this Framework Agreement for Workwear and PPE. Lot 13 of the Framework Agreement will be awarded to all awarded suppliers on lots 1-12. |
Renewal Options
It is anticipated that the succeeding Framework Agreement will be subject to future renewals. The Framework Agreement will be for a period of 48 months with an option to extend for a further 1 x 24 month period.

NEPO intends to publish an Invitation to Tender via the Open eTendering system.
