Total Quantity or Scope
The College is planning to carry out a tender for the construction of a Skills Building at the King's Lynn site, PE30 2QW. The project will be carried out in two stages: Stage 1: Will consist of removal of existing concrete slab. Piling (to design), and new concrete slab to form base of the new building. Completion and handover date 22/03/2024 Stage 2: Install new metal portal frame building, over clad with composite cladding. Including services (electrical, mechanical, fire alarm, intruder, water). Completion/handover date November 2024
