Norfolk County Council (NCC) uses a combined case management system to cover key elements of its roles as a minerals and waste planning authority, Highways Authority and Lead Local Flood Authority.NCC is re-procuring its current combined case management system.Replacement case management system(s) must be able to manage:- the functions of a Minerals & Waste Planning Authority- the functions of a Lead Local Flood Authority (regulatory and consultee roles)- the functions of a Highway Authority (including Legal Agreements and consultee role)- a Land Charges system- Goods Vehicle Operator Licence- Document storage and retrieval for all areasand should be cloud hosted.
