• Minor Ailments • Medicines Records Charts • Palliative Care Medicines - In Hours • Covid Medicines • Medication Support Service (existing patients only, no new patients) NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB is intending to award a contract an existing provider following direct award process C of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Approximate lifetime value of the contract is £8,800 this is based on an average cost per pharmacy across the East Riding of Yorkshire. All services are tariff based. Contract term Start date 1 April 2024 End date 31 March 2029 Contract term may be extended by 2 years

Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 23:59hrs 28 March 2024. This contract has not yet formally been awarded. This notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.
