Description

School education is a key priority for AHDB. Last year, levy payers voted 'educating the consumers of tomorrow' as one of the most important work programmes delivered by AHDB. AHDB's education work aims to ensure that school children understand where their food comes from and healthy eating so they are informed consumers of the future. We also actively support children to develop cooking skills. Provide aligned education objectives to jointly manage and deliver the Food - a fact of life programme and associated education activities linked to the British Nutrition Foundation's FFL programme. Aligned to the core themes of FFL programme, the requirements have experiential learning at their heart and aim to add depth to the existing programme.
