Description

TfL has an established Digital team to scope and deliver user facing digital solutions to TfL customers. They manage and deliver products such as TfL Go, TfL.gov.uk and digital displays on the TfL network. The Digital team also works with other TfL stakeholders to deliver and set standards for digital products including Oyster and Contactless, the Pay to drive in London app and cycling in London amongst others. TfL is looking to engage a Supplier to deliver a Customer Digital Panel that will feedback on the above digital products. A key aim for the panel is to allow the TfL Digital team to be more nimble in the running of customer research, spinning up leaner customer research studies for quicker insights.
