NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB - Halton Place intend to award a 1 year contract via Direct award C to incumbent provider to deliver the Social prescribing link worker Service in Halton. The contract will start on the 1st of April 2024, expire on 31st March 2025 and has an annual contract value of £412,293. A competitive procurement process will also commence during 2024/25 with a view to awarding a contract for 3 years plus 1 from 1st April 2025.
