The University is seeking a specialist company to provide planned preventative and reactive maintenance relating to campus wide air conditioning and cooling equipment, to include air conditioning systems, chillers, fan coil units and ice making machines. The contract will be for 2 years with the option to extend for 3, 1 year periods for a maximum contract term of 5 years.
