Legal Justification
Trescal Ltd previously delivered a one stop approach to MTE calibration and repair services for Sellafield Ltd through a subcontract arrangement. Following a change in approach to Sellafield Ltd's Make vs Buy strategy for MTE calibration and repair, Sellafield Ltd will deliver MTE services through an in-house delivery model but has a requirement to externally deliver specialist calibrations directly to Trescal Ltd through the existing one stop shop approach (removing additional supply chain costs to avoid the set up of a one stop approach).
