Description

Thame Town Council are inviting quotations for Specialist Fundraising Consultants to help raise £4m to build a new Community and Youth Building in Thame. We require someone with the expertise and experience in funding raising, specifically in the youth and sports sector. Do you possess the strategic acumen and interpersonal finesse to drive successful fundraising campaigns? As a Fundraising Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our fundraising strategies for this project as well as supporting our partnership organisations. Working closely with our project team, you will leverage your expertise to identify opportunities, cultivate relationships, and secure vital funding to support our projects. Qualifications: Proven track record of success in fundraising, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of fundraising principles, techniques, and best practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with donors, partners, and colleagues. Strategic thinker with analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans. Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
