Description

Cafcass is seeking suppliers that are interested in delivering a support service for families in family court proceedings. Cafcass requires suppliers to hold NACCC Enhanced accreditation and Cyber Essentials certification at the start of any competitive tender process

Total Quantity or Scope

Cafcass commissions the delivery of services for families in private family law proceedings in England on behalf of the Ministry of Justice (MoJ). One of these services, the Improving Child and Family Arrangements (ICFA) service, is coming to an end in 2025. Cafcass is now engaging with interested providers in preparation to recommission the service. The ICFA service is currently delivered by contracted providers across England, this currently has around 2000 referrals annually (made by FCAs/Guardians) and usually takes place over six to eight weeks. The annual budget for delivering the ICFA service across all Cafcass areas is £2m. A new (ICFA) service is being designed to focus on testing family time arrangements and/or re-introducing a parent to a child. The design will be guided by the Cafcass Child Impact Assessment Framework (CIAF) and the views of children and families. If you are interested in this opportunity, please complete the “Your submission”. Please note that obtaining your contact details is only for the market engagement purposes and to gain feedback and suggestions about the proposed service model and the future commissioning model, your contact details will be used only to contact you in relation to this.
