Description

North East Lincolnshire Council (the Authority) is undertaking a procurement to provide Housing Management to the clients of Swan House in North East Lincolnshire. Swan House is to be used as self-contained accommodation for adults aged 18 and over who have experienced homelessness and/or rough sleeping. The procurement is split into the following 2 lots: Lot 1 - Intensive Housing Management Services provided at Swan House Lot 2 - Intensive Rough Sleeper Support Services provided for Swan House Clients

Please note that the Authority has previously conducted this procurement, however due to changes in requirements, we have decided to abandon the previous procurement and re do it.
