Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking to appoint (a) contractor(s) to provide Electrical Installation Condition Reporting (EICR) and associated remedial works across its housing-related properties. It has been confirmed by the current provider of this service that there may be TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006) implications attached to this tender exercise.
