Description

The Architect is being employed as part of the Design Guardian team (Client Monitoring Team) to oversee the respective Architectural Works following the stage 4 design information, through to construction and handover. This relates to the new Car Park Re-Build at London Luton Airport. The Architect will enter a direct appointment with the Client (LLA) and will correspond with their usual terms and conditions. The requirements of this role as part of the Compliance Monitoring services are outlined
