Swindon Borough Council are looking to tender a package of works to supply and install external scooter storage provisions to circa 20 sheltered housing schemes. The number of scooter stores per scheme will range between 10-20 dependent on the scheme requirements. The purpose of this soft market testing is to gain market insight on the following aspects of the project - - Market Interest - Proposed specification - Capacity - Contract Terms - Risk
