Lot Division
1 | Singles/Couples complex needs. Take pets
Singles/Couples complex needs. Take pets - Services commissioned will: • Be designed and delivered with a focus on the client, promoting a strength based, fully person-centred approach • Take a trauma informed approach to direct support delivery • Ensure that the support delivery is tailored to the needs of the client • Provide secure and safe accommodation, where needed, for clients to receive support within • Provide positive outcomes for clients through good safeguarding practice, encouraging positive relationships, aiding economic development, promoting life skills and encouraging positive engagement with the wider community • Work closely, and where required jointly, with other professionals to support clients to access services that can help them to develop positively such as health care, mental health, housing services and other local support and welfare services • Ensure that clients leaving the service have the skills, knowledge and information they need to be able to live as independently as possible and sustain their accommodation • Help chaotic and socially excluded individuals to reintegrate into the community • Help clients to identify the best move-on options for them and support them to achieve them • Provide a service that is accessible to clients with protected characteristics and those from hard-to-reach groups. |
