Other Information

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by midnight on 1st July 2024 This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. This decision has been made by Director of Public Health in accordance with Haringey Council's governance processes, on 18th June 2024. No conflicts of interest were identified. The Relevant Authority is of the view, taking into account likely providers and all relevant information available to it at this time, that it has identified the most suitable provider. 3 of the 5 Key Criteria were balanced with equal priority of 20% and considered on this basis. The fourth criterion was allocated a higher weighting of 30% to ensure alignment with grant condition to improve quality. The final criterion (Social Value) was allocated a weighting of 10% in line with the Council's guidance. Following assessment, it was decided that Humankind Charity is the Most Suitable Provider to deliver the service. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by midnight on 1st July 2024. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.
