The winning bidder has been awarded one contract with Norfolk County Council and one with Hertfordshire County Council i.e. this will not be a 3 way contract.

The 2 contracts will be for 3 years from operational go live date. There is the right in each contract for the relevant Council to extend by a further 2 years.
