Other Information

Requests to participate are to be sent to tracy.githieya@ouh.nhs.uk via email. The Bid submission will be via a procurement platform - Atamis. The procurement strategy proposed is an Open Procedure to ensure value for money whilst considering the complexity of the disciplines required, particularly an understanding of clinical settings. Although there are NHS recommended frameworks offering multi-disciplinary routes to market, the niche skillsets required for this project limits their pertinence. The project is estimated to be contracted for a 6-8 months term and there is no current foreseeable requirement to renew this contract. The estimated publication date of contract notice is beginning of August 2024.
