Tenders are invited for the 'extension to existing red brick grounds department building and associated works' at the Recreation Ground, Marlborough, Wiltshire. As part of this project standalone buildings and carpark have already been completed and now we look to undertake the western extension to the grounds department buildings itself. We are ideally looking for a contractor to see the project right though to the finished project including painting. Additional information Site clearance - demolition of greenhouse and small concrete block shed in northwest of site. Site levelling & concreting - circa 30m2 - £ per s.m. Internal walls - painted internal blockwork save for the office, which is to be plaster boarded, skimmed and painted. Ceilings - timber joist ceiling with plaster boarded and skimmed finish. Floor - a hardwearing vinyl / pvc flooring throughout. Carpet in office. Doors - standard internal doors for office & WC. High security doors leading into workshop and storeroom. Electricity - new plugs and strip / spotlights through. New lights to be provided in workshop. Heating - storage heaters throughout. Hot water - two wall mounted hot water heaters or immersion. Staff room - basic kitchenette including circa 4 wall / base units and sink. Insulation - cavity insulation throughout and loft insulation to be installed. Muck away.
