This Invitation to Tender (‘ITT’) is being issued by UK Biobank (‘UKB’) and invites tender submissions (a ‘Bid’) for liquid nitrogen. UKB is a company limited by guarantee and a registered UK charity established by its two founding funders: the Medical Research Council and Wellcome. It is a major contributor in the advancement of modern medicine and treatment, enabling better understanding of the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of serious and life-threatening illnesses – including cancer, heart diseases and stroke.
