Description
NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit on behalf of NHS England would like to notify the market of its intent to award contracts for the provision of Community Pharmacy Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) Vaccination within the East of England Region following a single stage Competitive Process.This service is for contracted period of 2 years and 7 months initial term with an extension period of up to 24 months (as required). These contracts have not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under the competitive process of the PSR.Written representations need to be sent via the Atamis e-tendering portal, Project Reference: C297044 - COMPETITIVE: RSV Community Pharmacy Pathfinder Service.The award decision makers are NHS England, the single stage Competitive process was approved by the Public Health Oversight Group (PHOG) of NHS England.Declared conflicts of interest were assessed by the procurement process panel and deemed not to represent a legitimate conflict of interest.The Key Criteria were weighted as follows;• Integration, Collaboration & Service Sustainability 40.00%• Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating Choice 45.00%• Quality and Innovation 5.00%• Social Value 10.00%• Value Pass/FailThe weightings for the 5 key criteria were determined by the procurement panel to give appropriate relative importance to each of the sections equally in line with the commissioning expectations for the service.
