In section I.2), it is stated that this procurement is a joint procurement. This is not a joint procurement it is operated by BSO PaLS on behalf of the Public Health Agency (PHA) in Northern Ireland. The total value of the procurement in section II.1.7) above includes; an initial contract period of 3 years, plus an option to extend for 4 x 12 month periods (4 years). The value also includes a potential increase in services of 50%. The initial estimated total value of each Lot in section V.2.4) includes an initial contract period of 3 years. The total value of each Lot in section V.2.4) includes the initial contract period of 3 years plus 4 x 12 month extension period options (4 years) - it also includes provision for an increase in services of 50% as outlined in Clause 5.3.2 of SS20a Scoping and Specification document.
