The Procurement process aims to identify preferred partner(s) to deliver Crisis Alternative Services in the North East Essex locality. The Commissioners are looking to establish a contract to cover the service for a period 5 years plus up to a 2-year extension. The objective of the Northeast Essex crisis alternative provision is to be a key element of the localities 24-7 Mental Health Crisis Response and Care service covering Colchester and Tendring and serving the 6 Neighbourhood areas within.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using the Competitive Process. Contract award date: 1st October 2024.
