Description

MOPAC are publishing this prior information notice to inform the market of this upcoming opportunity and to invite interested organisations to workshops being held regarding the provision of specialist support for victims of all strands of hate crime in London. The service aim is to provide culturally appropriate specialist support to victims of all strands of hate crime in London. Access to support must be available to all targeted communities across all strands of hate crime. On this basis partnership or consortium bids are welcome. A number of in-person workshops will be held to help shape the future service. Attendees, including but not limited to; victim groups, victim representatives and specialist hate crime victim service providers, will be hosted by MOPAC. The first MOPAC Hate Crime Victims Service Workshop will take place on the afternoon of Thursday 10 October in London. The second workshop will be in early November. The venue is likely to be City Hall, (Kamal Chunchie Way, London, E16 1ZE) but this may change depending on the number of attendees.

Please include the names and contact email addresses of those who wish to attend. Please note we can only accommodate a maximum of 2 attendees from any single organisation. Only those who have expressed an interest will be sent an invitation. All workshop content will be shared with anyone who can’t attend the workshop in person by being uploaded to the Delta portal as soon as practicable following the event(s). This requirement falls under the LTR (those set out in Schedule 3 - Social and other specific services) of the PCR 2015.
