Ongoing upgrades and support of the North Ayrshire Council corporate phone system and the continuation of SIP trunk connectivity.

Legal Justification

North Ayrshire Council (NAC) are in the process of finalising their Telephony Strategy before going out to tender for a new system. In the interim NAC require the existing system to be maintained by the incumbent. NAC have invested heavily in their current solution and it would be complex and resource intensive to unpick the connectivity, and as a result leading to disproportionate technical difficulties.
