Description

KWL are seeking a supplier to provide building materials for a new build site of 27 Houses at Gleneagles Park, Hull, it is expected that work will commence in June 2024 with works expected to be completed November 2025.

1 Joists

- Joists Easi-Joist metal web flooring system; actual sizes and centres of members to be determined by third party specialist; including all wall hangers, bracing, fixings and additional joists to support internal partitions and dead loads where required; to include galvanized mild steel lateral restraint straps over 3 no.
2 Trusses

Trusses. To be engineered and designed by manufacturer allowing for any additional dormers and flat roofs, Primary or structural timbers; Sawn Softwood Preservative Treated based off provided working drawings, allowing trussed rafter, joists, restraint straps, timber gutter bearers, ridges, bracings, and noggins where applicable.

Lot 1 - Joists Estimated Value £30,000 Easi-Joist metal web flooring system; actual sizes and centres of members to be determined by third party specialist; including all wall hangers, bracing, fixings and additional joists to support internal partitions and dead loads where required; to include galvanized mild steel lateral restraint straps over 3 no. joists (as per 'Working Drawing Specification & Details Sheet) required to provide 40dB sound insulation. 3.1.2.
