Description
The Company requires water quality monitoring data for UPM assessment modelling. The Company has established a framework agreement consisting of two Lots: • Lot 1: Water Quality Monitoring • Lot 2: Autosampling
Lot Division
1 | Water Quality Monitoring Supply, installation and maintenance of water quality monitoring devices to provide data required for the development of water quality modelling. |
2 | Autosampling Wessex Water have a requirement to take water samples for testing BOD (biological oxygen demand) and ammonia at the Company’s laboratories using autosamplers. The initial expectation is to capture three storm events and two dry weather flow (DWF) days in summer months in the vicinity of each of the monitoring sites where sondes have been installed (the Lot 1 requirement). There are two elements to this: - Supply, installation and maintenance of autosamplers. - Collection of samples and delivery to one of our depots (each catchment is within 10km of a relevant depot). |

Renewal Options
The Framework Agreement may be extended for a period of up to 4 years in addition to the 4 year initial term.
