Description

The MPS is seeking to award a contract with a suitably competent provider to provide the FRA services.

Total Quantity or Scope

The MPS requires a specialist Fire Surveying team that will undertake building surveys to produce a site-specific FRA, using the publically available specification PAS 79: 2020 for either residential or non-residential buildings. And ensuring consistency, in terms of the provision of FRA's to the MPS.

Renewal Options

An initial term of five (5) years with the option of the MPS to extend for further periods of one plus one (1+1) years up to a maximum of seven (7) years.
