Legal Justification

Pursuant to clause F8, and the letters sent to the Contractor dated 18/12/2023 and 06/02/2024, the Authority exercised its right to extend the Contract for a further period of 2 years. Accordingly, the Contract shall expire at the end of the extended period, being 3 November 2026.
