Description
The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Estates and Facilities Management for health and safety fabric repair works to the George Porter building. Scope of Requirement: The works involve initial descaling/refixing works, which include the removal of loose concrete, historic repair mortar and render to the building's elevations and refixing of loose cladding panels. Following, appropriate concrete and render repairs are to be undertaken to the elevations, along with repointing to the stonework elevations and replacement of mastic.
