Description

Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organisations to provide Targeted Youth Work Provision. The tender is an Competitive Procedure with Negotiation (CPN) - (Light Touch Regime) procedure consisting of one or more stages process. This tender exercise shall be tendered utilising 4 separate Lots. The contract is anticipated to commence 1 April 2025 ending by 31 March 2030 with an option of up to two periods of 12 months extensions. The Authority has estimated the total value of the 4 Lotted Services at £723,384.00 per annum. The estimated value is given in good faith to assist tenderers in making their submissions, it should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any goods, services or works to any particular value by the Authority and does not form part of the Contract. 1 Targeted Youth Work Provision (open access venues) in the East Hull Area

Lot 1, Targeted Youth Provision in appropriate, open access venues/settings in the East Hull Area, casting as wide a net as possible to engage young people, but with a clear focus on increasing targeted early support and intervention for those young people in greatest need and at the greatest risk. The Provider must be ready to commence service delivery no later than 1st April 2025 for this Lots, and have possession, occupancy or usage (as appropriate) of suitable premises/operating facilities, within the relevant boundaries stipulated within the tender.

Renewal Options

The Authority proposes to enter into a Contract for a period of 5 years, with an option to extend for a period or periods of 12 months, not to exceed 24 months in total. Such extension will be at the discretion of the Authority and subject to satisfactory performance.. If the full 24 months is taken the contract shall end on 31 March 2032.
