Description

NHS Shared Business Services act in an Agency capacity for and on behalf of its customers (Approved Organisations) - existing and new. These comprise of NHS and Social Care organisations (whether acting individually, or on behalf of, or together as members of any consortia) along with any other public or private sector bodies which NHS SBS authorises to use the resulting Framework. NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) has put in place a multi supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of Clinical Managed Services, including Managed Maintenance Services to be used by NHS SBS Approved Organisations. Clinical Managed Services

Lot 1 offers Clinical Managed Services: Services include a range of specialities and areas of expertise and will be delivered across a range of healthcare settings. Including but not limited to: • Pathology. • Diagnostic Imaging, Interventional Radiology, Cath Labs, Cardiology and Radiotherapy (including mobile imaging). • Endoscopy - flexible and rigid including decontamination equipment. • Renal - continuous renal replacement therapy including outsourcing and home dialysis. • Operating theatres - including all equipment and furniture (operating tables), Pre Op and Post Op rooms. • Ward and Clinical Departments

Managed Maintenance Services

Lot 2 offers Managed Maintenance Services: Services include a range of managed maintenance services across various health settings. Bidders in this Lot are capable of providing a maintenance service across a range of equipment, not just their own.

Other Information

The term of this Framework Agreement shall be 48 months from the Commencement Date. NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) completed an open procedure for the procurement of the Framework Agreement for the provision of Clinical Managed Services, including Managed Maintenance Services to be used by NHS SBS Approved Organisations. The term of this Framework Agreement shall be four years from the Commencement Date of 08 January 2024 with no option to extend. The Framework Agreement will provide the facility for Approved Organisations to either call-off under the direct award procedure or conduct a further competition. Some purchases under this Framework Agreement may have requirements that can be met under this Framework Agreement but the purchase of which may be exempt from the Procurement Regulations. In such cases, Call-off Contracts from this Framework will be unregulated purchases for the purposes of the Procurement Regulations, and Approved Organisations may, at their discretion, modify the terms and conditions of any Call-off Contracts to reflect that Approved Organisation's specific needs.
