Framework Agreement for the provision of Get Started and Grow Business Services

The Framework (Get Started and Grow Business Services) awarded the below suppliers: Lot 1 - Get Started and grow in Marketing Services, Website build, Logo and Branding - was awarded to Distribute Digital Limited and Cash Cow Marketing Limited. Lot 2 - Get Started and grow in Social Media and Digital Marketing - was awarded to Concept Marketing Communications and Electrify Marketing & Communications. Once this tender was awarded, the Council now have an opportunity to expand on this with a pilot scheme called 'Growth Ladder'. In short, the Council would like to expand the Get Started and Grow Business Services Framework by adding on the pilot scheme, as it's using the same referrals and for continuity only the awarded suppliers can deliver this. The original term won't change for Get Started and Grow Business Services Framework. However, the Growth Ladder pilot scheme will run initially until March 2025 supporting 30 businesses with Growth Ladder support. If successful it is hoped that a similar internal budget can be secured for the subsequent years that would allow all 3 stages of this proposal to be met, i.e. up to 2026/27. The value of the pilot scheme is £150,000 in total.
