Description

The provision of a retail EPOS system across 3 sites (2 gift shops located at the Roman Baths and 1 at the Victoria Art Gallery). This contract is for software only. Hardware requirements will be procured separately.

Total Quantity or Scope

The purpose of the tender is to select a Retail Management solution and Supplier to implement the solution into the organisation to satisfy the retail business requirement, provide an integration into an ecommerce platform as a future phase and provide ongoing support and maintenance for the contract duration. This can be a single supplier, or a combination of suppliers i.e. Warehouse management system with EPoS, in this scenario we will contract with the primary supplier.

Renewal Options

One 12 month extension available.
