Provider Selection Process Abandonment Notice NHSE939 Primary Care Services (including Substance Misuse) (Lot 1) and Mental Health Services (including Learning Disabilities and Autism) (Lot 2) at West Yorkshire adult male prisons within His Majesty's Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) for and on behalf of NHS England - North East and Yorkshire (Health and Justice Team). The Relevant Authority, based upon representations received, concluded that the Provider Selection process be abandoned. A new procurement will be run in due course. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) notice that this provider selection process has been abandoned and a contract has not been awarded. This process has been abandoned under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply.
