Other Information

The proposed Concessions Contract will be for 21 months, and we will be awarding a single Supplier per Lot. The procurement process will be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23). This procurement is non-regulated as per PA23 reg 84 (1)(b). The Council will be using a non-regulated Open Tender Procedure. The Council have voluntarily issued a UK4 Below-threshold tender notice to maximise the interest in these contracts. As per Schedule 3, Paragraph 3 of the PA23, the value of a concession contract is based on an estimate as to the “maximum amount the supplier could expect to receive under or in connection with the contract”. As such the value has been based on the estimated revenue suppliers may generate from the pitches. Late submissions and those received by any other means will not be accepted.
