In section 1.2, it is stated that this procurement is a joint procedure and contract award is by a Central Purchasing Body. This contract is not a joint contract, it is a Central Purchasing Body Contract operated by BSO PaLS on behalf of the participants listed in section 1.1. The award criteria was the criteria stated in the specifications, in the CfT or to negotiate or in the descriptive documents. Compliance with all elements of the specifications and all other requirements as listed in the tender documentation has been demonstrated. The estimated value as per the contract notice 2020S 144 - 355977 excluding VAT was a range between GBP 7 million-10.5 million. This figure contains a range of GBP 4.5 million-6.75 million for works which may or may not be used. The total value includes the options of extending for any period up to and including 36 months but excludes any works value.
