Description

Viewpoint Housing Association require the service wiof regular Grounds Maintenance of grassed areas, rough grassed areas, shrub beds, isolated trees and woodland in accordance with the maintenance schedule (Priced Section). Generally, the service will comprise the regular Grounds Maintenance of grassed areas, rough grassed areas, shrub beds, isolated trees and woodland in accordance with the maintenance schedule (Priced Section). The contract period will be from March to October annually for each year of the contract. VHA wishes to enter into Measured Term Contract Agreements (MTCA) with suitably qualified and experienced contractors in the provision of Grounds Maintenance Services for the Lots Areas detailed below.

Renewal Options

The MTCA for Grounds Maintenance Services for each Lot will be for a 3-year period with the option to extend for 2 x single 1-year periods solely at VHA discretion to a maximum of 5 years.

The ESPD process is Global Question for All Selection Criteria. The criteria on the ESPD are PASS or FAIL. You will pass the ESPD Global Questions by completing and meeting all the criteria a set out in the attached ITT. If you fail to provide all the required and requested information as below you will FAIL the ESPD and in turn the Tender Requirements and you will be disqualified from the tender process.
